City Barbeque (carmel)

The greeter was very friendly and helpful. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, typical of a barbecue chain. Service was quick and efficient. The brisket sandwich had a good portion size and was quite flavorful, although I prefer my brisket sliced rather than chopped. The mac and cheese was decent, but it could use a bit more flavor to elevate it.

We order a pound of pork and about half was edible. It was full of burned fat. We. 'Ll find a new place when we crave bbq!

The sides were delightful as well; we tried the potato salad and the green beans, which were nicely seasoned. To finish off our meal, we indulged in warm peach cobbler topped with whipped cream. I personally would have preferred ice cream, but that’s just my preference. Overall, the service was good, and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent food. Jennifer greeted us with an offer to sample anything we wanted. She was upbeat and pleasant. Food was prepared quickly and did not disappoint.

I decided I was in the mood for City BBQ for dinner tonight because I have always enjoyed the food from City BBQ. As always, it did not disappoint me at all. I ordered the pulled Chicken with Provolone cheese, no bun, with a side of potato salad and hush puppies. It was excellent and my perfect comfort food for the evening. City BBQ provides excellent BBQ and sauces, plus they know how to prepare barbecue to perfection! Their customer service is always on point and they treat everyone that comes through the door with kindness and care. This is my #1 go to place for barbecue whenever I am in the mood for BBQ for dinner because it is just prepared with such love and generosity to your taste buds. You will never go wrong with City Barbecue, so go out and get some BBQ from them one night for dinner. It is worth it!
