Chipotle Mexican Grill - Carmel

That's one of the worst chipotles I was. To tell it easy, it's evil, because they don't accept any change, and that's the third time they didn't have a huh. not to mention how the meats are served come from there paycheck! avoid them at all costs.

This is one of the worst Chipotles I've been too. To put it lightly it's nasty as heck they don't accept change and this is the third time they haven't had chicken. Not to mention the employees act like the meat servings are coming out of there paycheck!! Avoid at all costs.

Management has not done a good job at keeping items in stock, they regularly run out of queso or fajita veggies. The bigger issue I have with this particular location is that they have a sign out that says “due to national coin shortage” when there isn’t one. Putting up false information is not okay. There is no National coin shortage.

I made a mistake on my catering order for work and this amazing team was able to pull together a lunch for 16 people. This is unheard of in this era. Their team is amazing and I wanted to acknowledge them! I’m so appreciative!

This location has gone downhill, they have so much staff but no one seems to know what they are doing. The staff of highschoolers is always messing around. Despite being out of ingredients (separate from the outage) no employee is working to make more.
