Chili's Grill - Carmel

The crew there was only 2 people to help in manager and a trainee dining area but they both did wonderful job and kept us in loop on how order was going etc. They did superb, they rolled with it and didn't appear frustrated about lack of help!

Chili’s is very hit and miss. Food is consistent, so that is a plus. However, staff is hit and miss. Unfortunately, service is half of the experience in my opinion. Being short staffed is not an excuse to treat other poorly. If you don’t like thejob you have, get a new one.

2/22/2022.... This is our usual visit to Chili. Tonight, when we arrived, it didn't seem to be done at all, and the bearder was just a person working. He put us, took our drinks order, food order and tried to maintain with our drinks. Poor guy did the best he could. When our food arrived, my hamburger and the bungalow was crushed to pieces, I took it off and ate it without it. The other foods were okay... The chili is our normal place. I felt the bearder did his best to keep up. We'll probably go back, I hate her service so far.

Juan was exceptional. He provided us with extraordinary service. When we return, we will definitely ask for him again. Thank you very much!

I ordered wings, and they were soggy and undercooked. I had to put them in the air fryer to make them edible. I definitely won’t be returning!
