Contribuiți la feedbackMy wife, our two friends, and I visited this tearoom today for some coffee. We were pleasantly surprised when the tearoom welcomed our three dogs as soon as we entered. The drinks were excellent, but the highlight was the gluten-free orange and passion fruit cheesecake. My wife has a hard time finding good gluten-free options, and this cheesecake was a delightful change from the usual chocolate brownies offered in most cafes. This tearoom in Laugharne is definitely a hidden gem and deserves five stars. Highly recommended!
We visited this lovely tea room for lunch with our 1.5 year old daughter. The staff were really accommodating, friendly and chatty and I enjoyed their dry humour. The other people there were also really friendly and seemed to be local. The food cawl was excellent, I had Welsh rarebit which was delicious but only one slice more than enough for me but some may expect it to be a bit bigger for £7ish. I ordered off menu for my daughter and they did a lovely ham sandwich for her (even offered to cut the crusts off which was really sweet) with excellent ham and lovely bread. The apple juice is to die for, would recommend! They provided a clean high chair. Didn’t use the facilities so can’t comment on them. From what we could see, everything looked clean while maintaining a slightly rustic, cosy feel. Overall good value for money. We would love to return soon!
Quirky visit on a rain soaked day, warm welcome. Good food a mix of local favourites and cafe staples. A cosy retreat near the castle and within an easy walk of Dylan’s Boathouse.
Stopped off for lunch, ordered 2 toasted cheese sandwiches, 1 with onion, 1 with pickle, found it hard to find the pickle, a few crisps on the side, a boring plate of food. Some salad would have been nice, adding some colour to the plate, just like you show on your website !!
Terribly unfriendly and most unwelcoming. Nice cake, nice coffee, but not a smile or friendly word to ne seen! Won't be returning.
