Had dinner time food which was huge, hot, and very tasty, good selection of beers and cider,did not stay so cannot. Comment, well worth a visit a Roman gold mine (National Trust) close by so pop in well worth a visit

We had a family meal on Boxing Day. The food was good and we would go again. I loved the seafood pizza and the desserts were yummy.

We had a lovely meal at this pub last night, the staff are friendly, the menu choices were varied, accommodating vegetarian, vegan and some gluten free options. Good honest, freshly prepared pub grub. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, will definitely visit again.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. The menu had a great selection of food without being overwhelming. The atmosphere in the dining area was cozy and inviting, and the bar had a variety of popular beers and wines to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday roast, which was delicious with perfectly cooked vegetables and a generous selection of sides. I opted for the beef, which was tender and flavorful despite not being served pink. This was one of the best roast dinners I've had in a while. It was a fortunate discovery on a long drive home, and I will definitely make a point to return for another meal in the future. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take any photos this time as my phone battery had died.
