Costa Coffee - Carmarthenshire

Visited today, coffee wasn’t made very well coffee and hot chocolates super watery, stock was low and it was first thing in the morning no breakfast sandwiches out or pastries. I was offered marshmallows for the kids hot chocolates and they were completely gone only good for the bin pictured below. Never had a service like this in any costed around surrounding areas

The staff are lovely, the coffee excellent, BUT the place needs to be cleaned properly and cleaned regularly. The woodwork looked as if its never been polished and the floors were filthy. A let down when you're spending hard earned good money.

Even though people were still in there ordering coffee and sitting down they insisted no more orders as they are closed.. yet every page you go onto says open for another 50 minutes..

Dreadful experience today. Very very miserable unwelcoming staff. Couldn’t even raise a smile between them. Everything was an effort. No customer service what so ever. Will not be returning for a long time. Only bonus was a nice young chap on the door. But as for the other two...

Coffee is great tasting staff are always polite only downside this place gets busy and sometimes its hard to get seat. not quick to clean tables as all busy serving.
