Tim Hortons - Carman Canada

I just ordered from the drive thru in Carmen approx.12:10pm Nov 3,2023.The drive thru person was very rude, did not give us our full order until we told her she forgot the coffee, also insisted we had napkins when we didn’t and did not give us a receipt to formally complain on a Tim Hortons site.My breakfast sandwich was not toasted and was on a dry English muffin . So weird and gross.My HOT pumpkin spice latte was NOT hot. This is the worst service and order I have received at a Tim’s.Do better!

Not impressed with the bathroom. Only 1?? The sink was dirty. No toilet paper… nothing not even baby wipes.

The Tim Hortons was bright and worker was busy washing the floor! Only 2 customers in the Store!! My only complaint is that the bathroom should have the sink, walls and door handles wiped down every 4 hours at least!! It looked like the sink had not been cleaned in days

Friendly, easy to communicate but their food needs quality... for money

Worst experience ever would not recommend anyone to go there. Went through drive thru repeated are order 4 times. Then at the window the lady working promised us she got the order right we got are order and it was completely wrong. I went in to change it and they treated me like I was wrong and then took 10 min to fix it and got no apology or nothing very pathetic.
