Dairy Queen Brazier - Carlyle

I've had Sal's several times now, both dining in and to-go.

Customer service- Awful! Had to ask for a refill from 3 different workers as we later found out our waiter was outside smoking.

All I can say is Yuck!!!!! 1Customer service 000000000 2.

I ordered a chicken snack wrap that was literally three inches long. When I brought it back into the restaurant to express my displeasure they told me that's standard size as they use one chicken strip. I said yes but this is a chicken nugget not a strip and they said sorry it's standard nothing we can do. I also ordered potato skins and when I asked If there was sour cream (as I had seen on a couple sites already advertised with it) they told me it was a lie and they didn't serve it with potato skins. So they were dry and tasteless and with my three inch chicken wrap I can safely say I'm still hungry. The women including the manager who were working were very rude and dismissive of my questions and complaint. We were driving through carlyle and I've never had food like this from an estevan or regina dairy Queen so maybe hit a&w or subway if you are driving through this town!

I have been many times. Alone, with my wife, wuth my basketball trams, here are my thoughts.1. The place is dated. Its clean, but in need of a facelift.2. Food is always, ALWAYS right and good.3. This place takes a big hit on speed. They are SLOW here. Always. They have had a sign up for over a year saying they are sorry about the apeed because they are short staffed.
