Red Rooster - Carlton

I visited Red Rooster for the first time to try their new fried chicken recipe, which my Filipino friends claim is similar to the famous Jollibee fast food chicken in the Philippines. The chicken was good (but not as good as Jollibee in my opinion), although it took a while to be served. The Carlton location is small but nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and polite. It would be helpful if customers could see their orders on the cashier screen and receive itemized receipts.

It is refreshing to find a mainstream chain that actually puts some spicy in her spicy huh.

Sent to red rooster in carlton and had the worst customer service experience. we wait almost an hour for our order, just to find out that they have given it to another customer and they are not even aware that we are waiting. the load is not busy at all. I'm not even sorry or what's completely rude.

The chicken here is great. You won't find better chicken anywhere, great service well run. All credit to the manager Carl and his team. This place is a must. Delicious!

Do not expect to pay anyone for roast chickens that resemble a deaf. never again
