Comfy bed is the only positive. Absolutely filthy kitchen with day old food dumped in the kitchen sink and left strewn on dirty worktops. No breakfast room set up and landlord overlaid. Refund requested and given. Avoid until they sort out cleanliness. Price per person: £70–80 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
