Earth Sea - Carlton

The service and food were excellent. The patio is a lovely spot in the summer, but it's best to sit indoors during the winter. We make a reservation every few months, and this restaurant never disappoints.

This place is a real find! In the middle of a tiny town I've never heard of my wife surprised me with one of the best dinners I've ever had. Great selection of small plates to try a little of everything. Fantastic service with great knowledge of the menu and drinks selections. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion, make a reservation.

Earth Sea offers one of the finest dining experiences I've had in Carlton. The ambiance is upscale and stylish, creating a chic setting. One of the highlights is the open kitchen, where you can see the chefs at work preparing your meal. The menu features a variety of high-quality meat and seafood options. While it is on the more expensive side, the exceptional food and inviting atmosphere make it well worth the splurge.

First time in last night, absolutely loved it. We had the NY with Crab Legs, multiple sides and sauces, it was fantastic. Moist, succulent crab and the legs were huge. Steak was cooked to perfection and a great cut. Wine and then Tequila flight for a finisher. Already planning my trip back, not kidding.

The best restaurant in all of Carlton! Nice atmosphere, excellent service, superb food. Patio seating in back. Custom cocktails. Impecable bathrooms. Open kitchen allows us to see all the cooking?fun! The food menu has a good variety of fancy appetizers and elegant entrees. The wine list has a variety of Oregon wines. Make reservations ahead of time.
