Mcdonald's - Carlsville

McDonald's i just picked up my chicken mcnugget meal for lunch. I assume these nuggets are from yesterday. They are awful, over cooked , dried out and hard. Very disappointed to get food that obviously has been sitting for a while. Thought it would be fresh due to the noon hour. Never had this issue before. Please train your staff to throw out food that has been sitting so long. There is no way these were just cooked. I had to throw them out they were not edible.

This location does not honor veterans discount like Arby's Wendy's, Burger King, DQ, and Subway. Please support establishments that respect the sacrifices of veterans!

Fries are always hot and salty, fast service, and they’re great at accomplishing special requests. I’ll drive 15 min. across town to come to this mcds location!

It was hot, it was quick. It was not reasonably priced, it didn't taste very good.

Manager was rude and unable to accommodate issues with mobile app, order was attempted on app with points, the points were taken, but we never got an order number, manager said it wasn't his problem.
