Contribuiți la feedbackI can't express enough how delightful this bakery is! Tucked away close to Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, this little French gem offers a piece of Paris in Southern California. As someone who appreciates quality and authenticity, I was beyond impressed. From the Galette des Rois to the almond croissants, the flavor profiles are exquisite. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of their online ordering system, making it incredibly convenient to secure my cravings a day in advance. And let's not forget their catering services, which added a touch of elegance to a real estate showing I attended recently. You must try their vanilla macaroon—its creamy texture is truly melt-in-your-mouth. For brunch enthusiasts, their breakfast brioche with ham and egg is an absolute must-try. The owner sources teas from the esteemed French company, Le Palais des Thés, which pairs beautifully with their wide array of pastries. While they are not open all weekdays (we can't have everything, can we? , their pastries are worth the wait. The staff is delightful, offering quality ingredients even in their simple sandwiches, and the atmosphere is cozy with both indoor and patio seating.Ignore the naysayers; the majority of us know that this bakery offers lovely, surprising food that's worth every penny. Whether you're a local or just visiting Carlsbad, don't miss out on this exceptional establishment.
Delightful staff. Simple sandwiches made with quality ingredients. Just a few tables plus a patio
It was the best croissant I ever had. Chocolate almond. Lovely, surprising food tucked away in an industrial park by a lady french chef who bakes amazing pastries. It was not cheap, but it was worth it .

Very cute and quaint bakery! The food is really good and it's a nice place to stop by in the morning for a sandwich or quick pastry. Definitely a place to try!
