Shake Shack - Carlsbad

I work in the area and decided to come by this restaurant for a meal, and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and the staff, especially Harry, were amazing. They were all very kind and helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I didn't think the food could get any better, but the exceptional service really enhanced it. I highly recommend this place, 10/10!

I ordered the bacon avocado burger and found it to be unappetizing in appearance. The fries were mediocre at best. This was my first visit to the restaurant and I do not plan on returning. Additionally, I noticed that the employees were using the same gloves for all tasks, which is concerning from a sanitary standpoint.

First and foremost, make sure to try the ShackBurger if it's your first time at this restaurant. The ShackBurger is absolutely incredible, receiving 11/10 stars. It's that delicious! The avocado bacon Shackburger is decent, but the bacon isn't the best quality and takes away from the original burger's greatness. Stick to the ShackBurger or Double ShackBurger when ordering from ShakeShack. Whatever you do, avoid the Roadside Burger at all costs - it's just awful. For families, there is an outdoor area for kids next to the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility is also easy at this location.

We are so impressed by Harry Nguyen and his team at the Carlsbad Shake Shack!! We had a large party order and Harry went above and beyond to make sure it went smoothly. He was always prompt in responding to my phone calls, emails, and texts regarding our large order. Harry went out of his way to accommodate all of our requests and our guests were highly impressed by all the Shake Shack food we served at the party. Harry even provided us with condiments and offered napkins, etc. Upon pickup, Harry and his team were more than willing to help us carry the food order and make sure we had everything. We will highly recommend Harry and the Carlsbad location for all our friends and our personal catering and dining needs.Kid-friendliness: We ordered a large catering order of chicken bites, fries and shack burgers. All the kids and parents loved it!!!
