Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Carlsbad

Do you not read their own reviews? my last 4 visits today are my last) were bizarre! the? Phone type? literally hides in the back sometimes for several minutes then still looks at his phone does not stop. he'll check them grudgingly. nothing is well maintained. machines are out, failures are missing. owner not care? ridiculous for $17.

Taste terrible, just a name of Greek yogurt, quality suck, super bite taste and watery texture? Money here not WASTE

We were there at 40 minutes to close. All the chairs were up. Half of the flavors were not working. Really no toppings I like these are piles of other yogurt places (condensed milk, keksteig, mochie) So I got a taste that I didn't really like and some toppings that I don't really like, and the child that literally checked us did not look out his phone except to say have a good day when we were gone. He didn't wear a company uniform, just a random shirt. Definitely not coming back here lol

This place is downhill. Bar only because of broken machine, ants on the machines (please the guys know, but don't worry, empty blows, all chairs and tables are stacked and can't use, all posters and signs are old, can use the bathroom, the only worker was on his phone all the time. I'll stay clear.

Twice we have been here during posted store hours and they have been closed. One time I consider a fluke but twice is ridiculous. Things are hard to staff right now but change your posted hours to not inconvenience customers unhappy toddlers who expect a special treat make for an extra inconvenience
