Pimento - Carlow

Me and my partner had meal on Monday gone. Service was top notch.waiter told us service was small bit slow cause down staff but speed at which we were served was perfect. Each tapas dish we got was just so amazing. The taco brisket is just Amazing. Will be back again. Loved it.

We came here on Sunday for the first time at 8:05pm and were waiting for a table but another staff came up and told up that the restaurant will be closed in 15 minutes. However, other staff Google say that the closing time will be at 9pm but that staff definitely confirm the whole restaurant will be closed in 15 mins and showed a very bad, unacceptable attitude towards us by making noise while polishing folks and knife. Well we were so pissed off and left the place. But we still give Pimento another chance to fix it because we think quality of the food must be considered as well. I visited here the second time on Monday, the food were served very quick but I thought that tapas must be served one by one? The food gone cold very quick and most of the food were very salty. The place has nice decorations and location but need improve in services.

Went to bottomless brunch recently and have to say it was great! Pimento can really put on a good show, food was great, quick service , atmosphere was unique, will be back again for another bottomless brunch

I had a beautiful meal with my daughter and family. The service was great and the waitress was very helpful. I'd highly recommend going there.

Fabulous experience at Pimento. Amazing food. Service was quick and all the staff were super friendly. I can't wait to be back there again.
