Contribuiți la feedbackSpent thanksgiving in New York and on my drive home I stopped at this location. I ordered a salad which was about 7 dollars. I thought that was a little bit expensive but when I saw the size of my salad I took that thought back. It was a delicious salad.
Cheapest gas even than other Sheetz! Located at Route 11 (Ritner Hwy) at Route 465 (Allen Rd) one block west of 81. it is high volume commercial area with gas 2-4¢ cheaper than surrounding stations and even more if you have a Sheetz loyalty card! *if you like my review please like me. As a top Google Guide my rating depend upon you liking my honest andbhrlful reviews.! Thanks. Two large fueling bays, a car wash, and vacuum stalls. Inside is the largest store I have been in with a beer cave and eating area. I often plan to gas up here when I travel up and down 81.
Like every Sheetz I've been too. Quick N Easy.. yea sometimes their is a line but usually when It gets that big some employee comes over and helps check people out plus they have self scans. I can't use it... I have beer.
To provide some context, I initially ordered a salad for lunch at work since Sheetz was the only place open at 3:40 PM. When I picked up my food, the bag was sealed, so I didn’t check the contents at the time. I had ordered a grilled chicken salad, but my receipt indicated grilled chicken while I found steak in my salad instead. It wasn't a huge problem for me personally since I don’t eat beef, but it could have been for someone else. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I tried to get a refund (I didn't have time to return to fix the order), it took several calls to reach someone. I was disconnected twice before finally getting through to Stacy, who was kind enough to put me on hold for a manager. Unfortunately, after a short wait, Stacy returned to inform me that I needed to call back at 6 AM because the team was too busy to help, and she wasn't sure how to resolve my issue. This was understandably frustrating. Not only did I feel like my time and money were wasted, but I had to go back to work without eating, though thankfully my shift was nearly over. Overall, I was more dissatisfied with the manager’s response than the mishap with my order. While errors can occur, a lack of accountability in management isn’t acceptable. I’ll be following up again, hoping for a more effective resolution.
This restaurant offers exceptional food and service. One employee who truly exemplifies world-class customer service is Ryan! He really made my day. I'm recommending this location to everyone because I believe that every dollar I spend here, whether on fuel or merchandise, is well worth it. Thank you for the amazing experience, Ryan!
