Mcdonald's - Carlisle

The restaurant is not as great as it was in the 80s and 90s, but it is still satisfactory.

The manager had a bad attitude and yelled at the cashier to take out the food while she was taking orders. The manager then rudely grabbed the food off the counter and said she would do it herself. When my kids asked for a bag to put their food in, she smashed the small bag on the counter, and it was too small to fit the fries and other items.

I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant and was asked to park and wait for my food. After waiting for ten minutes and watching multiple cars receive their food and leave, I went inside to retrieve my own food. The staff simply told me, "we are busy, it's McDonald's." I understand that McDonald's is not known for excellence, but this level of inattention to detail is unacceptable.

Service was terrible. More help is needed. Food was not very warm and quite greasy.

The cheeseburgers were flat. The buns were flat. Looked like someone sat on them.
