Love stuffed cream cheese pancake with strawberry sauce

It wasn't a crowded restaurant the day I was there, and I saw the waitress bringing food to a family next to me. She walked to the back to get a container to bus tables with. After about 10 minutes she took orders from 2 people who walked in after me. I was hungry and ready to leave and she finally came to take my order. When the food arrived it was luke warm and I was hungry and ate it. What ever happened to serving hot food? I won't be back.

The Carlisle location was terrible Wednesday night . I get it spring Carlisle is in town but what a disappointment. Ordered the Country Fried Chicken. Wasn't fresh like it had been refried . Edges were hard and crusty . Got steak fries maybe 7 fries if I was lucky . Broccoli was raw I thought it was to be steamed . Fried apples were good . Got corn muffins that were so hard you would of needed a hammer to bust them apart . My brother got the New Chicken Golden BBQ strip they were decent. But was lucky to get 6 fries . Would have been better off going to chic fillet . Will rethink going to this location any time soon. Eating out is expensive. I'm local but not going here again anytime soon.

The customer service was very good , however I got food to go and the burger was very cold and soggy. They didn't send the biscuits and cornbread that I had request and no butter and jam as well

Waiter did his best but it was busy and he had a hard time keeping up.
