So long as I'm in the area, Carlisle Bakery will be my choice for all my baking needs. Eric was FANTASTIC! Very professional. Unbelievably friendly and courteous. We came to him for wedding cake with 1 month to go and he managed to get us exactly the kind of cake and design we wanted, despite also juggling issues with his freezers. The cake itself was beautiful. The price was reasonable. He arrived on time. There wasn't a single flaw, from our initial meeting/tasting to the ceremony day. I couldn't have asked for a better baker and a better cake. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else.

The prices are a little steeper than other local bakeries, but the quality is well worth it.

After poor customer service at the only other bakery we were familiar with in the area, Carlisle Bakery was highly recommended to my husband and I by our wedding caterer. Immediately after the cake tasting, we knew we picked the best bakery around! Customer service is top notch, and everyone in the bakery was so nice and easy to talk to. We had 8 inch cakes as our centerpieces, so we wanted a variety, and Eric did not disappoint! We had 7 different flavor combinations and all of them were so delicious!! Every cake was beautiful, all decorated differently, and were a great conversation starter at the tables where we had friends and family who were meeting for the first time. The best part is that there was enough cake left over that my husband and I were able to freeze our topper AND enjoy cake a few days after the wedding. Carlisle Bakery is the BEST, hands down!

Carlisle bakery on Hanover is awesome. I called for a cake not knowing it was appointment only but the owner made my cake even though it was very short noticed, he made a Jack Skeleton for my daughter and he did a great job on it everyone loved it. I will be using them again and would recommend people go there. Thanks Carlisle Bakery.
