Applebee's Grill - Carlisle

My most recent visit wasn't enjoyable. Gave me food with grease all over plate dripping hot. They can do much better I give them 2 stars on service and quality

So I went to Apple Bees then it takes an hour to get my drinks because my server left what the heck

One of the times they were very busy so some of our food was Luke warm. Another recent time the place was near empty and are food was luke warm. Taste of food was good though just for not hot!

The waitress was very attentive, my food was good it was an enjoyable visit.

We placed our order and received our drinks. After waiting an hour, a second waitress came to our table to advise the first quit mid-shift. She asked us to verify our food order, said it would take about five minutes to transfer the order into her name and then she would get the order to the kitchen to expedite the food. The second waitress and manager were very sympathetic. My seven year old was beyond hungry and didn't want to leave since he already chose what he wanted to eat. The rest of my family scarfed their food down and said it was delicious. We received no discounts or appetizers for the wait and ended up being here for close to two hours.
