It was around 1 hour late from the delivery time promised with no apology. Very poor

After placing our order it took about 15 minutes to arrive which we were shocked at. However expecting an £11.80 meal that was already paid for we were faced with a cash payment of £19. After having to prove ourselves with a e-receipt the delivery driver could not find the receipt for our order. We then rang the Indian to explain what the issue was and they hung up. After ringing them back all they were shouting in response to their own mistake was 'well what do you expect me to do '. This was only sorted because the driver went back to help us out. The takeaway themselves were very rude and were not willing to solve the problem. We got our food in the end, cold and without the drinks we ordered. But two hours after ordering and the amount of hassle we couldn 't even be bothered with the rude responses. Won 't be ordering from here again and I 'll be letting everyone know. Absolutely disgusting service.

Takeaway was late, food was warm not got, but delivery driver was happy as larry!

2 hours I waited for my Indian. Phone the guy 3 times, he kept saying it was on its way! By the time it came it was cold

The worse experience ever had in takeaway history ordered food one hour past so phoned. Rude man said will be five mins . Another 45 mins past still no food so phoned again and blamed me saying he is busy and what did I expect will never order again and will seek refund from just eat
