Nando's - Carlisle

We made a reservation over the phone and had a good experience, although it was a bit slow since it was a Saturday. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who explained everything to us, as we had never been to Nandos before. Ordering at the till was quick and easy. The wait for our food was quite long, but they do cook the chicken fresh. The food was good and the portions were just right. While we were eating, another very friendly staff member came over to chat with us. We were celebrating my son's birthday and ordered Frozen Yogurt for dessert. To our surprise, the staff member brought us a free brownie as well. This kind of customer service is truly magical. The staff member on October 19th was exceptional and made our experience even better. We all enjoyed our meal and it didn't break the bank. We were really impressed with Nandos and will definitely be returning.

This was my first visit to a Nando's and to be honest I have no hurry to go back, the restaurant itself is very crowded, but the staff is doing an excellent job, the restaurant was very clean and the service was fast, but personally the food was nothing to get excited and it was expensive for what they gave you, my butterfly chicken was small and the fatty skin. I know Nando's is very popular, but this brand is not for me.

I went with my husband and daughter at our weekend stay in Carlisle. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the beginning, there was a delay in our meals because they need to put more chicken. However, the staff treated is in a friendly and efficient way and gave us the free desserts to compensate.The food was adorable, as is normal in all Nando's, we ate in a lot of Nando's from all over the country and the staff here is certainly in my top three for sympathy.

First time anywhere. It's probably the last one. Some friends recommended it as a way to get a quick meal before catching a train and I liked the fact that you pay when you order, so you don't have to hang around waiting for the bill. Most of what they offer is the chicken, which I'm not very proud of, so I looked at the vegetarian burgers. There was a bean burger that I had, but the truth is that I had a lot better, and the sauces, everything seemed a little bit spicy for my palate. I wasn't interested in making desserts. Very typical in my opinion.

Came to nandos on my own with my nephew, the staff could help anymore, sometime you get the feeling that they do not want children in the resturant. But nandos was very helpful! Also great food! Would recommend anyone to go there with children
