Shawarma Place - Carleton Place

This restaurant serves excellent and flavorful food. The staff is professional, polite, and eager to please. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. We ordered a large amount of shawarma beef, Toum, and pickles for a catered wedding reception at home, and all the guests loved the delicious buffet! This is a great spot to enjoy some healthy Lebanese cuisine. Thank you Shawarma Place.

Firstly, for those complaining about prices, you can find similar prices at other shawarma houses in Ottawa. Prices are adjusted due to inflation and increasing food costs. In my opinion, the prices are not bad, even though I earn just above minimum wage. Rating: 4.0/5 Secondly, the staff is friendly, as long as you are not annoying. Every time I have visited, they have shared jokes and laughter with me, even when they may be upset or sad. They always provide quality service and care about the customer. Rating: 4.2/5 Lastly, the food is delicious. The classic shawarma is tasty, regardless of the meat chosen. Shawarma plates are even better, but the garlic and potatoes are the absolute highlight of the menu. In my opinion, there is no better option in Ottawa for these dishes. In conclusion, this restaurant excels at offering flavorful food at reasonable prices, with efficient and quality service. Many other immigrant-owned shops provide a similar atmosphere, service, and varying food quality. Despite any accent, it should not deter from the overall experience. Overall Rating: 8.9/10. Bathroom could use some attention. Vegetarian options are available in the form of salads, which are surprisingly good, particularly the tabouleh. Although I am not a fan of salads, I would still recommend trying one from here occasionally. Kid-friendly: The staff is very accommodating to children; my nephew had a great time and was constantly entertained. Parking is convenient, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. I have seen a disabled individual easily navigate the restaurant without assistance, which speaks to its accessibility.

Best shawarma house in all of Carleton place and even west Ottawa. I’ve been all over, there’s no better.

We stopped for a shawarma recently and the food was great. It’s a family business, both the owner and his wife were working. They were both nice and welcoming and the food was almost like home made. Five stars

25$ for a large shawarma with extra garlic sauce and drink... Ya no thanks. Way too expensive. Both times I 've given the place a try I have been disappointed.
