Tropical Smoothie Cafe - CARLE PLACE

I’ve encountered many mistakes with past DoorDash orders from different restaurants, but this is the first time a restaurant has taken such proactive steps to resolve the problem. Typically, they just report the issue to DoorDash and cancel the order. I am so impressed that this location genuinely cared enough to do the right thing for a customer, even though I wasn’t directly ordering from them. The service I received from these two ladies truly reflects their commitment, respect, and consideration for their work, the company, and their customers. I greatly appreciate the extra effort they made. Thank you!

I really enjoy coming to this place for lunch. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the smoothies are excellent! It's definitely worth the visit.

First time visiting this chain on July 20 2023 and ordered a berry smoothie with whey protein. I noticed immediately that the smoothie was too sweet and I told the cashier and she said to me in a very rude tone next time tell me you don 't want sugar in it well the menu doesn 't state you put additional sugar in it so I did not know and BE CAREFUL, WHEN YOU PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADD 15 percent tip on to your bill which is a complete scam!!!!! Stay away from this place!!!

This is a lovely spot for smoothies and sandwiches. The smoothies are delicious, and the staff is mostly friendly, making for a very clean and inviting atmosphere. There are plenty of options to choose from, and my personal favorite is the triple berry oat smoothie. I will definitely be returning!

Disgusted. I walked in and waited about five minutes until anyone noticed me because they were too busy playing around. Then I saw onE of the workers who had a mullet haircut with gloves on reaching into the food and started eating it putting the gloves that he makes the food with for customers to his mouth. I'm sure that is a HEALTH CODE violation yuck. My flatbread was drenched in sauced and was not i was so turned off. They need a mature person to over see the young people because they clearly don't care about customer service and hygiene
