Red Robin - Carle Place

This restaurant is a great spot for families! My favorite part was being able to pay directly at the table after dinner.

The food was okay with an average selection of burgers. The atmosphere was typical of a chain restaurant. We were a bit skeptical at first due to the numerous burger options available, but the staff was friendly and the service was good.

Very good selection and diverse burgers. Sit fast. Kimberly was our server and she was friendly and efficient. Burgers were cooked properly, delicious and well seasoned. Many free parking at this point.

Service was poor. Beverages were not filled and the waiter did not see us on the Kiosk table despite the call server button. Burgers were okay, but my salad was terrible! The avocado was brown and muddy and the salad has parts that were hard and unusable.

The service level was very poor. Wait time was excessively wrong, some food never came, the waitress was very polite, but the time for food to be delivered and service completed was simply too long.
