Contribuiți la feedbackWhile the food was good the atmosphere is spoiled by having the few tables so close together. It is just the way the cafe is positioned. There are thousands of books which of course gives it its name however maybe some less books and a few more tables spaced a bit apart would better serve the public.
Imagine a coffee shop, with comfy sofas as well as tables and chairs, and hundreds of second-hand books to browse while you wait for your coffee and cake or a nicely presented salad and delicious smoothie for lunch. Then you can decide whether you want to purchase any of the books while you eat. There is no rush, have another coffee while you decide. The cafe is directly opposite the station at Caruingbah, so arrive early for your train and take advantage of this delightful spot.
Great little cafe where you can buy a second hand or some new book, enjoy a coffee and something to eat all at one place.Great service and always lovely and clean.Near the railway station on the Kingsway.
A great place to have a coffee, read a book or paper and maybe have something to eat. The place has hundreds of books you can browse, buy, read, then return and you get half of what you paid for it on credit towards another book. It's a great system. The girls are always friendly and the place is always busy. We go there every day for our coffee.
Stopped by here for a morning coffee after our friends local were closed. Coffee was very decent and staff were lovely even though they were run off their feet in this little shop surrounded by mounds of cutely arranged literature.
