Aomori Sushi - Caringbah

This is a cozy sushi restaurant located in Caringbah, offering an extensive variety of sushi and side dishes. I highly recommend trying the karaage chicken!

I've eaten here several times and have always been very pleased. The menu is extensive, featuring appetizers, sushi, udon, and more. They also offer a lunch special. The staff is friendly, and the service is efficient. The food is fantastic, with delightful flavors and combinations. I'm a big fan of their Japanese pancakes—so delicious! I find myself wanting to order just about everything from their menu.

Everything here is fresh, fresh, fresh! I had a few rolls for lunch, complete with laughs and some additional garnishes, both featuring avocado. The fillings were generous, and the rolls were expertly crafted. Each bite held together nicely, which is a great indicator of sushi quality. I also saw that they donate $10 for lunch, with options like frozen chicken and bark—no ritter or udon in sight. Just enjoy some good sushi! This review is based on the value.

Good food. local Japanese place, served more than just sushi and the owners are very friendly! although it cannot be compared with the Japanese in the city, it is still quite good for a local location

Very Fresh Sushi. Aomori sushi are the selected sushi provider for our school and have been amazing over the last 18months with their service, their fresh sushi dishes, and their customer service I thoroughly recommend Aomori Sushi!!
