The Bread Basket - Carindale

I actually called in here for a sweet treat, which I purchased, then noticed all the lovely breads. So actually came out with more than I bargained for & all was good

Went to the Picnic at Camp Hill one Sunday morning and discovered this hot bread shop. Looked in the shop and found that there were lots of varieties so changed my mind and got a pie from this place. As usual, I just ordered a steak pie and sat on a small table to enjoy my light brekkie outside the shop. Looked at the pie and found that the pastry is different from the other pie shop, which looks quite crispy like biscuit. Indeed, my first bite proved my visual judgment, the pastry was very crispy and the content was so rich in flavour. Ha! It proved that my gut feeling of changing my mind to have a go is right. Maybe it is the sixth sense of a foodie....
