Sushi Train - Carindale

No reservation necessary, just walk in. The restaurant has a traditional sushi conveyor belt but I would suggest ordering specific dishes for a fresher experience.

I've been to many sushi places in Brisbane, but this one in is giving diners a good experience of a busy / cozy Japanese atmosphere, combined with good Sushi. I just wish they had proper green tea instead of Tea bags!

For really good Japanese food I would normally go to one of Brisbane's many fine Japanese restaurants and avoid the chains all together but as far as the sushi train chains are considered I believe this to be one the best ones I have been to in Brisbane. Due to the large volume of people inside the food gets turned over quickly so is always very fresh and they also have quite a good variety of dishes. Not to mention ver attentive service, the staff work very hard to make sure all customers are pleased. I have never had to wait long for something, even when the restaurant is quite busy.

Great fresh sushi. Fun atmosphere. The place was pumping on a Thursday evening. Short wait to get in, but it was really well organised. We'll be back!

I go here almost one a week, sometimes more....It's a great place to catch up with friends, work mates and family. The food is always fresh, the service is always prompt and friendly. I have never had a bad experience while visiting this place and I have been there at least 30 or more times since it opened.
