Mrs. Fields Carindale Westfield

My 2 daughters ordered a banana bread and pineapple bread from Mrs Fields today. Apart from taking 10 mins to heat up, they were given burnt ends of the loaf. Not sure if this is because they were young and the staff didn't care. There were plenty of lovely pieces of loaf in the display window, so not sure why they decided to give 2 young girls to dry end of these breads. Not happy and won't be returning.

Had a skinny ice chocolate and it was nothing from the ordinary. Tbh other places have better ice chocolate as some grind more chocolate instead of only using chocolate syrup. Missing the chocolate richness within the drink.

For a small coffee was calculated with the maintenance book bogof deal $9.40. they will certainly check what their appeal, as I only realized after I paid. really disappointed.

It is a very nice caffe. the staff was very friendly, attentive and friendly. we tried creamy chai and coffee frappe and both were made beautiful. a great choice for a hot day.

The rating of a 3 is not the toasties we had here for the bakers. I think mrs. fields should stay with what they are good. the erdnuss camouflaged the chocolate macaron tea were great even though they were a tad sick with the sugar overload! toastie was served only on white brot with bare fillings.
