Max Brenner - Carindale

Long wait.... Ordered 2 drinks that came out 15 min apart. Ordered a shake which tasted like watered down stale milk. Also the table was dirty.

Get some cleaners. To the management of max brenner bulimba: Hire an extra staff member whos job is purely to clean up!!!!! It will add so much value to your cafe! It is so feral walking in there with 10 tables covered in **** and all the staff are sweaty from running around trying to keep up with demand.

Atrocious!!!. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee that was warm, waited 50 minutes for 1 of our 2 meals (waffles) which was cold, the other meal wasnt even being done when I went to complain. ended up not not bothering to wait for waffles to be heated as didnt want to wait another hour! when I asked for money back for the meals I got told I'd have to wait for someone to call me from head office tomorrow. will not return!!

Wait time just on 19 min for whipped chocolate frappe which was delivered as white frappe :

Long wait for order always a pig sty white hot chocolate mug was covered in a rim of brown chocolate stains 30min wait for simple frappe every time we come we are disappointed need more senior staff on not so many minors behind the counter.
