So today we did and so glad we did! What a great place! Lots of character and the guy serving welcomed us warmly. I had The most deliciously fluffy ham cheese and tomato omelette on sour dough, while my daughter enjoyed a gorgeous not to mention generous chicken, pumpkin, avocado and more salad. They made our coffee just the way we like it so we give it the thumbs up
We have lived locally to this cafe for ages but have never came in before today. We have been missing out. The cafe has a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly. The food is delicious and the servings ample. We will return.
Went for breakfast this morning for birthday celebrations to this quaint little cafe which is in the carport (hence the name) and front yard of a surburban home at Cannon Hill. The staff were very warm and friendly and the food was scrumptious. We tried the carport breakfast (a hit with the men), the mushroom bruschetta on turkish soft poached egg (devine) and the zuccini, corn
Wow what a hidden gem this cafe is...delicious plentiful food...dog and child friendly ..comfortable chairs and we are soooo happy we decided to pop in. Very easy to drive past and not realise what the fence out the front hides behind it ! We dined on a green breakfast and a full breakfast accompanied by two very good coffees. The prices were around the $13 -$15 dollar mark..which when you see the size of the plates is tremendous. Food tasty and fresh and service was excellent and fast. Street parking as there is no car park.
What a find, driving past the street the cafe is in, saw a sign saying cafe, I know the area, never seen a cafe here, but surprise surprise there is one in a house, nice relaxed atmosphere, food was fantastic and service was excellent, we will be going back thats for sure, ooohhh the espresso coffee was excellent,
