Cafe Groovy - Carindale

Had lunch here it started with a young friendly genuine waiter lunch was yum I had a chicken burger with tomato relish avo another sauce and lettuce with bueatiful chips and that big from me because I'm not a big chip fan the wife had barramundi and chips she said it was very nice and she finished my chips off we found this cafe cheap for such a nice lunch thank the waiter and the chef on the way out and got a genuine thank you smile my daughters a chicken burger fan so we may be back there for lunch tomorrow

My hubby and I had breakfast here on our way to work this morning. It was pretty early on a Saturday morning and they were open and ready to serve. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and menus and cold water brought straight to our table. Nice not to have to ask for cold water. The menu was limited but sufficient for what we wanted. The food was brought very quickly and it was hot and just how we ordered it. Eggs were poached and soft and there was so much bacon, I struggled to finish my breakfast. The cost was very reasonable for 2 people. Service was efficient and friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Have been here a few times for coffee, also breakfast. The breakfast special is incredible value for money and the freshest ingredients cooked by a talented chef. So much flavour for so little $$. Coffee is excellent, even decaf which is not always the case elsewhere. Service is friendly, efficient and fast. The cafe is very clean and staff are welcoming. I have seen some of the desserts and they are works of art. I will be back again very soon to sample Groovy's delights again.

I know this place is a dessert bar, but did you know it has meals too? I know right!?! I didn't know either. Anyway..glad we found this gem, we wanted burgers and the burger place just up from it was too busy, thank heavans I now say as Cafe Groovy has the best burgers on the street! Veggie burger was Devine, partner had a beef burger which was a very generous home made patty that smelled Devine (says a lot because I don't even like the smell of meat) the carnivore man was thrilled. Oh and the fries....I could eat bowls of them....if the burgers weren't so huge :) fantastic value for money

Got two desserts the dumplings and mango cloud. Nicely presented, friendly staff, spacious seating. Taste was on part with San churros etc...i would rather here.
