The food is not worth $15.dollars a plate (1) The rice was a cheap brand. It was hard to chew. The rice amount was an ice cream scoop size. (2) Both p lunch orders were wrong (3) The owner misrepresented the Menu. Once we opened the food box, we ordered stuff baked chicken and rice and served mashed potatoes. First I will never visit this place again

The food, the service, friendly staff and the atmosphere was superb

I ordered the stuffed pork with rice and gravy, yams and smothered cabbage. It was delicious. It was by far, the best plate lunch I have ever eaten ! I also ordered a slice of blueberry cheesecake as well. It was good. The guy that was at the window was very nice and professional ... It was my first time there and I will be going back.

The catfish courtboullion is delicious! And they give you so much food!

Best catfish my husband has ever had, and he is 70. A bit off I10 but worth the drive. Don't let the lock front door scare you off, go thru the drive thru and eat on the front porch.
