Louisiana Donuts And Pastries

To start with, three of the items I ordered are no longer available. I understand that things change, but they should definitely update their menu to reflect this. Additionally, we had to wait a long time for our order, only to receive cold donut holes and hard kolaches that seemed like they had been left out overnight. The ham inside the kolache was tough, and there was no cheese at all. My daughter’s croissant was also cold. Overall, it was an overpriced and disappointing experience, leaving me feeling like I wasted $19.

Donuts are fluffy and delicious. kolaches are pretty good.

The donuts were extremely cold, as if they had just come out of the fridge. I called to inform them, but I wasn't even offered an apology—only an excuse about how it was cold in the building and the heat lamps weren't working properly. The staff member assured me she'd notify the manager. From now on, I'll definitely be driving the extra 10 minutes to get my treats elsewhere.

Love the Louisiana donuts! Much lighter and better tasting than the last owners!!!!
