Firehouse Subs - Carencro

Today my girlfriend and I got a chance to taste 2 subs after a few months. Needless to say y’all can have my money anytime! I mean the quality of everything from the meat to the bread was extraordinary. Very clean when we entered. We were greeted upon entry and wished well once leaving. The employees were so sweet. I got the hook ladder no onions on wheat and my girlfriend got the steak no mushrooms on wheat. Absolutely amazing and delicious. Thanks again for a great experience.

The subs were fantastic, and the chili was excellent! I highly recommend this place!

I have been twice so far and besides an order taking/making error I am completely and more importantly the response of the boss was very impressive. Keep up the effort and I will do my part when ordering

The Engineer is still amazing! I can't help but keep ordering the same dish because it's so delicious. One of these days, I'll try a different sandwich and share my experience with everyone.

Clean, friendly and VERY tasty. Hard working staff. They also support first responders and fire fighters. Meatball sub blew my mind.. Just awesome all around.
