Contribuiți la feedbackMy sales team and management staff were in the mood for Dickey's today so we tried to call in a pick up order. We needed 10 orders the 2 meats/2 sides specials. I provided names so it would be easier to tell whose food belonged to each person. I asked them to call me back because I know it was going to take a while to put all of these plates together and they had other customers to serve already on site. After an hour I called back to see if the order was ready because I didn't receive a call to find it was. Upon picking up the food, there were some sides missing, no BBQ sauce was put in the bag. A year ago, this would all be checked and corrected prior to pick up. For this order to cost $168 for 10 people, I would have expected this to be a little better. Opelousas is getting more food options now so it's going to be a very long time before we consider giving patronage here again.
Delicious food. Kids eat free on Sunday! My only complaint that made our meal a little cumbersome was that there is no diaper changing stations in the bathrooms at all. We had to juggle children while my husband changed him in the back of the van. We’re used to doing it but it was inconvenient.
Hadn't been in awhile. Glad we stopped in for lunch. it was delicious! Had the pulled pork and brisket plate.
If I could give Dickey's in Carencro negative stars I would. The customer service is the worst.
Driver Inventory Clearly at Fault for Delay in Food Delivery... Restaurant Closed when Driver Arrived. Food no longer warm from Heat Lamp as ticket indicates bagged for expected pick up 8:16... Delivery was 9:14pm. Driver was very kind and came from a few towns over. Grub Hub made the error here.
