Contribuiți la feedbackWe had not played the Boulders in many years. The good news is that the scenery hasn’t changed. The rock formations are stunning. Course conditions were average. Bunkers had little sand. New greens meant they were hard and pretty slow. Pace of play was good. As we played in late may, cost was OK. Can’t comment on the accommodations but from friends I have heard the facility described as “tired”.
All golfers, please read!!!! Boulder’s is getting two stars for its remarkable beauty and picturesque landscape. Although the course was in good shape, the greens were like hitting onto a pool table. The starter explained that the greens were a year old and still coming in. As a result, any shot hit on the green would bounce of the back of the green. Them main reason for the two star review is the beverage cart prices. A soft drink was $5. Later in the round, I order 2 beers and my playing partner ordered 2 as well. She turns to me and say “that will be $28”. I said, “oh, I’m just paying for my two”. She said, “that’s correct it will be $28”. I was floored! Needless to say, I only had one $14 beer. I gave her a $1 tip only to find out later from my playing partner that a 19% gratuity was included. There are resort prices and then there is price gouging. This qualifies as gouging. The next day I played We-Ko-Pa which was in better shape and beers were $6 each. Do yourself a favor and skip Boulders and don’t give them the satisfaction of gouging golfers!
WOW Top 5 Golf Course in Arizona for me. This course has it all. Great service, from the food service, cart/starters Marshals to pro staff too. North Golf course is laid out almost perfect, it’s challenging, yet gettable. Definitely a course to play North of Scottsdale you will not be disappointed.

Boulders Resort u0026 Spa was top notch with excellence and everyone was very professional and personable. Erikka was a delight in checking. Pearl, conceierge was informative of all activities that were available. Driving to the gate for entry you 're surrounded with a panoramic view of the hugh boulders. Our suite was beautiful, view of the golf course and little furry friends every where. My husband and I really felt relax with the darkness and nature. The golf course was absolutely beautiful there where wide fairways which was very nice. Seeing these old foothills was wonderful.
