The staff were great and extremely knowledgeable about their products. A special shoutout to Shrikanth for looking after us. The food is super affordable and of great quality.
Awful stale doughnuts served every single time. Not sure what happened to the customer service or the hygiene of this place but its disgusting. Filthy tables and grime on the floor. Lots of staff floating around though.euther get some new management or close this place down.
The coffee was fine, nothing special, but the restaurant was understaffed and filthy. There was no queue, but it took nearly ten minutes to get two coffees. There were no napkins available in any of the dispensers, and I had to ask for some, which took a while to materialise. The tables were dirty, the toilet was a complete mess, and there was no toilet paper.
We decided to stop by this restaurant after a day and night out in Cardiff. We wanted to treat ourselves with a doughnut and some Timbits to take back to our hotel. When we arrived just before closing time, we feared we had missed our chance for our treats. However, I decided to ask the staff if they had anything left. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and offered us a deal on 6 doughnuts. I also purchased a ceramic mug as a souvenir of our visit. To our surprise, the gentleman also gave us an extra gift. We thanked him and the other staff members and wished them a good evening and weekend. Their kindness made our visit even more enjoyable and we look forward to returning for coffee and doughnuts in the future. Keep up the great work!
A quick lunch needed in Cardiff. The lattice fries weren't very crispy and the ham and cheese toasty was a bit of a mess, with the cheese and toast barely grilled. No table service even if you pay to eat inside. On the other hand, the drinks are very good. Not particularly cheap.
