Starbucks Bridgelink Cafe - Cardiff

This coffee shop is fantastic! The coffee and food were delicious and satisfying. The staff was kind and attentive. The prices were also very reasonable.

I accidentally spilled my drink on myself and the chair, but Lucas quickly came to clean it up. He didn't make me feel bad or guilty at all, and even went out of his way to get me a refill. I often work from home and choose different coffee shops in Cardiff to work in, and this has been the best customer service experience I have ever had. I want to thank Lucas for making me feel comfortable and for his exceptional service. Despite the Starbucks being busy on a Sunday, he took the time to help me. I truly appreciate his efforts and commend him for his great work. Keep it up!

The best coffee in town, nothing else even comes close. I always make it a point to visit regularly, and if this place ever closed down, I would be devastated.

I like popping into this Starbucks when visiting Cardiff. On my most recent trip, I was greeted by Tom who gave excellent customer service and till and Jazmyn made me a wonderful caramel macchiato. Considering I came in during a rush the service and quality of my order was perfect and I couldn’t fault the staff for their efficiency. Will definitely continue to come here!
