Matsudai Ramen - Cardiff

We really enjoyed our meal, especially the sunset yokohama ramen and both mushroom huh karaage. this is by far the best rams I had in a long time, and I hope honestly they think to set up a durable restaurant. they have a regular customer ready to sign up. really good work for the matsudai team!

No explanation what practically every second term means on the menu. Clearly for enthusiasts only. Should be explained before booking. Did not like the food, but that is a personal taste matter.

The food was fresh ans full of flavour. You could taste every component and appreciate how they satisfy ome another. Absolutely delicious.
