We used to love this place. Haven't been for a few years. Saw that the menu had been simplified but decided to give it a chance. When we got there the restaurant was empty, music was really loud, the place is looking rather tired. Ordered cocktails from the bar first. They weren't presented how they used to be, in the proper glasses. These were in child size glasses and they tasted awful. We decided not to bother ordering food and left. It's a pity it's gone so down hill.

When I first arrived, I was expecting it to be like any other turtle bay restaurant. However, after trying the food, I must say it was a pleasant surprise. We ordered the passa passa vegan gluten-free dish and the curry chicken with rice and peas, accompanied with plantain and coleslaw on the side. The food was served promptly, hot, and had an authentic taste. I would definitely consider visiting again.

The bartenders struggle to make cocktails, as the drinks are warm and do not taste like the ones listed on the menu. The food was also subpar. I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but I will not be coming back.
