Bae Coffi - Cardiff

The service was quick for me, and customer service was nice. Only popped in to wait for my girlfriend after college, and got served one of the best lattes, by a guy who looked a bit like David Tennant. The phone doesn't do it justice

Fabulous fresh coffee ,friendly staff, always clean. I have used this location several times and mpressed by the service and standard of hygiene. Staff always happy,great place for fresh coffee.

Coffee service slow, seved tepid and service so slow she said she would bring it to the table but then dumped in disposable cups and shouted. Table filthy. Door wedged open for 30 minutes when it is minus 1 outside. Unfortunately we had already bought the coffee before she wedged the door. Hilariously for 'ventilation '. Half an hour freezing with awful coffee. Had a loyalty card with my 3 coffees on it ripped it up. Zero stars.

The staff are very slow, we are in a rush in the morning and they aren't bothered in peak times. I've had my coffee served incorrectly 3 times and when explaining to the staff they didn't believe me. Never again

What a fantastic find minutes away from Cardiff train station, a lovely, light, airy, colourful coffee shop selling more than 30 different coffees! They also serve a great selection of pastries, cakes, sandwiches salads all at very competitive prices. The staff were very friendly helpful too. Really looking forward to visiting here again trying more of their delicious coffees eats. Of note, profits made are invested back into the College to benefit both students the wider community, so even more reason to visit this lovely venue.
