A great restaurant with great cuisine. I'll be back!

We went with family to lunch at the restaurant and were conquered by this place! The kitchen is of quality, the service to the top, the very charming decoration and its location is perfect if you want to be in the center of the City of Carcassonne! (The cassoulet is falling down)

The kitchen is divine, everything was very good. On the commercial part, you should consider closing rooms if you are not in a position to produce a suitable service. Abominable service to flee the weekend. No human contact with the staff except a call at 12:34 for a reservation at 12:30: it was obviously necessary to point at the time in this factory. Fortunately we arrived at 12:40, not understanding why they were eager to see us at 12:30 knowing that they were all under water. It was for a birthday, not a single word, no exchange with this fuying and rushed staff. Once again a shame for this chef who offers a sublime cuisine!
