Lu' Bistrot - CARBONIA

Tastefull it was. In the hotel were we stayed, after a long day in the car: quick and easy. We were in luck, my salade was very nice, and my girlfriend had typical Sardinian pasta: very nice!! The tiramisu was better then the day before.

Somehow we are arranged along the swimming pool for the dinner, so the atmosphere is great, under the starry sky and next the blue-green pool with Mile Davis ' music. We have a tagliata di tonno and griata di pesce mista , the price seems to be a bit higher than other local places, but when you see the dishes you 'll surprised with the abundance and the quality of freash ingredients!! I can feel the efforts that whole team try their best to make us clients have good experience, they made it. Super nice and professional service, great food and chilly comfortable environment, I will come back!

We have eaten two nights in this restaurant. Both times the quality of the food was to our complete satisfaction. We especially recommend the local fish dishes. Highly recommended.

The Shellfish Evening was excellent. Lots of lovely fish and wine. Staff very attentive and nice music.

The restaurant offers menu Mare or menu Terra . And a variety of vegetarian dishes. The smart move is to have a menu. Different every day and well balanced. Very reasonably priced. We have eaten at least 20 dinners and I can recall only one time I found the food less tasteful. I am still convinced this was the chefs day of.
