Sonic Drive-in - Carbondale

Can’t complain about the food, it’s fast food. Service can be slow at times but is manageable. Last visit received one wrong item and one missed item which had to be brought back to me. Only happened one time though, so must’ve been a busy day. Low atmosphere because the place is kinda sad looking. Restaurant isn’t too busy most times but they have their rushes.Parking: Order at parking spot via kiosks

Can't rely on their hours. I work midnight and they say 12am or 2am yet constantly closed by 11

Garbage service, sat for half an hour waiting for them to get to me, took so long I had to re-queue and watch everyone that got there after me leave with food. Hire better workers.

I wish there is a sonic in sparta Illinois.... this sonic was awesome the workers were amazing they interacted with the customers and was really nice to us

This place use to be really really great but here lately the service has been so terrible I waited 45 minutes to get a bacon cheese burger and my uncle got chicken tenders and they were burnt not to mention the guy thar brought us our food out was very rude and acted like he didn't cate at all. HORRIBLE PLACE DONT GO THERE.
