Jimmy John's - Carbondale

Not sure if it is the app or the staff, but the last 3 times I have ordered my order has been wrong. Used to love ordering Jimmy Johns and picking it up from here, but not so much anymore.

I ordered a sandwich at 8:02 it's 9:22 and I still don't have my food I understand it can get busy but I never had to wait this long and when I call they tell me it's on the way I'm never ordering from this place again

The best chain for sandwiches. Rated four stars because they won't deliver to my house and I live in Carbondale they won't deliver to anything west of emerald Lane exactly where the tippers would be.

The food is always good, but the restaurant 's motto is Freaky Fast . Sending out multiple delivery orders at once to the point where it takes almost an hour to receive your food is honestly ridiculous. They wont deliver if you are more than 5 minutes away from the store so that they can stay Freaky Fast but then they take forever to bring you your food. If you want fast delivery, i don 't recommend this Jimmy Johns

Not sure what was going on, but it wasn't working. Except for the person making the sandwiches; that person was fine. I almost walked out. The music was so loud the person who (finally) took my order couldn't hear me (shouting) my order and I couldn't hear him.That's the first time I've had a bad experience but it was weird enough that here I am.
