Have you tried the sweet spider donut from Dunkin? We did and the children loved her so sweet!
I've been to this Dunkin' several times and have consistently had a great experience. The staff is always extremely friendly, and the donuts and drinks are fantastic! If you use their app, there's a rewards program that lets you earn a free drink of any size after placing a certain number of mobile orders. Plus, the app gives you a free drink for your birthday! My only issue is that they often run out of items. For about a month now, they've been out of the salted caramel flavor, and last week they were also out of the hazelnut flavor. So, be prepared to make a return visit!
The service here is friendly, but I noticed a mismatch between the menu terminology and what the drive-thru staff call certain items. The first time I visited, I ordered a chocolate glazed donut, but the drive-thru insisted on calling it a "chocolate cake donut." I had never heard it referred to that way before, but thought maybe it was just specific to this location. However, when I checked inside the store later, it clearly said "chocolate glazed" on the menu. After a few months, I decided to give it another shot and ordered the chocolate glazed donut again, but received a chocolate-frosted donut instead. It’s quite confusing, especially since I didn’t have the time to go back or go inside. While I believe the staff would have corrected the order if I had the chance, many of them seem rather indifferent.
I had a rough experience with OMROCK. I hit a rock that bent my rim, costing $200, and punctured my tire, which was another $120. It even took a chunk out of my running board! I ended up needing a tow, which was $50. However, once I got through all that, I enjoyed a delicious meal and coffee, which helped lighten my mood after the whole ordeal.
