The quality of food is super inconsistent. they never know if they get a good pizza or a round blob goo. often zero effort is made and it shows. the personal is very rude. Waiting times are huge. even if it is obviously slow, and when they order via the phone, no one will ever mention that they have 3.5% surcharge for the payment with a card. Not to mention that they do not wear the half of the elements on their menu. the place is a shadow.

Pizza under done and soggy . while waiting for pizza, I observed that the bathroom was no longer ordered. soda Fountain broke down, wet and broken deck flow should first read reviews. if they have twice as many bad reviews as good, maybe they should close it.

"The pizza we had tonight was excellent and deserves a high rating. It was the best we've had in a while!"

The food I ordered was served ice cold after waiting over an hour and a half from placing my order at 7:23 pm to receiving it at 9 pm. This experience was a complete disappointment and a waste of time. I will not be returning to this restaurant as they consistently ruin family dinners.

I have been to this restaurant twice now. The first time, I ordered a cheesesteak with extra cheese but was disappointed to find very little meat on it. When I went back a few days later and ordered a chicken wing hoagie, I received a chicken parm instead. I am not satisfied with my experience here. Despite what others may say, I have only experienced disappointment with the food at this place.
